This site collects only the information you voluntarily submit through the contact form: your name, business email address, selected service, and the message you write. No account creation, no sign-in, no behavioral profiling.

Basic server logs (IP address, browser, referring page, timestamp) may be captured by the hosting provider for operational and security purposes.

Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry and to filter out spam. Submissions are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing.

If your inquiry leads to an engagement, any additional information exchanged becomes part of that working relationship and is handled under the terms agreed directly between us.

The site is hosted on Vercel and uses a transactional email provider to deliver contact form submissions to James's inbox. Links from the site to external platforms (Substack, Medium, LinkedIn, Fillout, and others) are governed by each provider's own privacy policy.

Subscribing to the Unpromptable newsletter redirects you to Substack, where your email address is collected and managed under Substack's privacy policy.

No advertising or tracking cookies are set by this site. If lightweight analytics are enabled, they are configured to avoid collecting personally identifiable information and to respect Do Not Track signals.

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain a reasonable record of communication. You can request deletion of your submission at any time by writing to the email address below.
